Confusion
I was content on posting the post I did on Wed and not writing again till Monday however some events have transpired and I'm in state of confusion.
Constant has been sending letters and emails, stating his case.
Is this time different..should I even think this time is different. What if it is different and I'm the one now playing games.
He doensn't know I talk to other dudes....
I'm a horrible person
Why the hell am I sooo confused
I do love him
what's love got to do with it
A LOT
He is constantly surprising me
He's going to be gone for 5 more months....can I deal with that
D and all those other guys are space and time fillers I know and so do you (even if you don't say it to my face)
He is finally showing me how he feels......
what should I do?

I say...ACTIONS speak louder than words. Keep him talking until he comes back, but wait to see what he DOES that is so different.

There's nothing horrible about living your life and not waitng for somebody to be ready for you, keep on having fun.

i've gone through this same situation w/ a certain man in my life, and i can completely relate to your dilemma. would it be unreasonable to explain your feelings to Constant? are you sure he doesn't know you talk to other dudes? he may not say anything, but he must know what he's giving you isn't enough. even though it may be hard, it seems like you're better off doing you and seeing if he lives up to the promises in his e-mails and letters.
You won't know until he comes home. He always emails you and sends you nice letters when he is away, and then when he comes back, it's the same old madness. I'll have to agree with the others on this one, actions speak louder that words...
If he's really the one or you want him to be the one then you need to put your cards on the table and show your hand. Tell him what you want, what you expect, and what you need from him.
Relationships are ideally like mirrors you get out of them what you put into them, no more and no less. Yeah, we could tell the other guys were filler. However if you are serious about taking things with Constant to the next level you might want to drop the filler and find something else to take up your time. You'd want him to ditch his filler sometime before stepping to you wouldn't you?
Do you think he can prove that he's serious and actively wants to be in your life? Do you believe in your heart things will be different or better or do are you just hoping?
Listen to your heart but always watch your ass.

aiight, now that i got that out...i'm with everyone else who said to let his actions speak for him. don't let any of the sweet words do his work for him. he gotta ACT.
you deserve NOTHING LESS, sista. NOTHING LESS. and i'm not talking about just the easy shit like sending you flowers and gifts. i'm talking about the shit like visiting you and calling you and showing you appreciation by showing you that you are a priority in his life. he takes the time to do all of the things that make you feel special. he pampers YOU.
sometimes you can't follow your heart cuz that sucka will lead you right offa a cliff.
